3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, 50% of the session fee will be charged.
No-shows will incur a 100% fee.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 working days.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All therapy sessions are conducted with the utmost discretion, and any information shared with your therapist will remain private, except where required by law (e.g., in cases of imminent harm).

5. Session Guidelines

Sessions are scheduled for fixed time slots.
If you join a session late, it will still end at the originally scheduled time.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available at the designated time for your session.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
You agree to maintain respect and professionalism during therapy sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

While our therapists are highly trained professionals, The Kare Konnect does not guarantee specific results from therapy. The therapy process is collaborative, and outcomes depend on multiple factors.

8. Age Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book therapy sessions independently. For minors, therapy must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, and consent must be provided.

9. Changes to Terms

The Kare Konnect reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through our website.
