Cancellation and Refund

Clients may cancel their therapy sessions free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the session start time, 50% of the session fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-shows will incur a 100% fee.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3-5 working days from the cancellation date. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
